Appointment requests
Submitting a form or using the virtual assistant requests a preferred date or time window. It does not create a confirmed appointment, guarantee response time, or form a contract. Peterson Roofing will confirm availability directly.
Estimates and project agreements
Website descriptions and general cost factors are not binding estimates. Project price, scope, materials, schedule, payment terms, change-order procedures, and responsibilities are governed only by the written proposal or agreement accepted for that project.
Credentials and warranties
Homeowners should request current proof of insurance and verify Oklahoma roofing registration before authorizing work. Warranty coverage exists only as stated in the applicable written manufacturer documents and signed project agreement. Website language does not create an additional warranty or guarantee.
Storm and insurance disclosures
Peterson Roofing may document observed roofing conditions and estimate roofing work. Insurance companies determine policy coverage, deductibles, depreciation, deadlines, and claim payments. Peterson Roofing does not interpret insurance policies, determine coverage, negotiate claims as a public adjuster, or provide legal advice.
